They rejected the offer because they had offers north of 150k.

It also says I used to live in North Carolina.

I currently have a rental in North Jax  in Eagles Hammock and I know that the Jax market is ripe with great deal.

However I am now in North Carolina, just north of Charlotte and am very motivated to get back (and stay) in Real Estate.

Most of the members are from further north so it is hard to find deals down here through the association but you will still learn a lot.  

Agree with you on the cash flow opportunity but still haven't been able to move my deals that far north yet...Thanks,Flavio
