I've seen price reductions of 10% initially and smaller increments weekly until it's sold, some will wait but someone will feel like they will miss the opportunity at some point.

It can be hit or miss on what is available on any given day but I often see really nice tile (floor and wall) that would probably be great in small bathrooms or as a kitchen backsplash.

You know your thing and all we can do is interpret what you say so we respond according to our imagination of the situation and maybe we miss the mark.

There is a small, approx. 4 x 5 patch in the front that used to be grass and then the back yard.

I was finishing up a make-ready and changing out the cylinders on the locks when I noticed that the old cylinders were missing the pins.

I miss the old calculator as well.Now I edit old reports and change the project name.The old calculator had better functions such as calculating carrying costs.Please bring back the old calculator.
