I live in the Seven Hills area so I am hoping to pick some brains and possibly meet some seasoned investors around the LV area.

Looking to meet with some investors and learn the ropes.

I dont plan on buying or bidding on anything at all, rather I'd like to see what happens, how it happens and maybe more importantly WHO's making it happen.Im really very new, havent got a deal yet, but Im thinking it couldnt hurt to meet some cash buyers just to introduce myself and maybe get their contact info for future reference.I live in the Houston area and there are 2 auctions I know of; 1 for Harris county and the other for Fort Bend county.

I went to a couple of Chicago REIA meetings and they said they are focusing on the west and south side and suburbs.

We will wholesale if we dont like the area, if the numbers dont meet our criteria or if we just dont have the capital to fund the deal. 

She said she was out of town the next day when I asked to meet and sign the lease but she would sign when she got back.
