For example, I often see Buyers purchase property thinking there is a $1,000 deposit but then the tenant claims it was $2,000 because they paid the last month's rent.

With every deed recorded and date last used title my GUESS is this: Dad intended for Mom to stay until she died but did not intend for Mom to get a loan on the house.

It's been a while since my last post so I thought i'd post an update on how things have been going for me in Kauai. 

The locks and keypads have been very reliable overall, with the batteries in each lock lasting about 4 months with pretty active use, and handling some pretty extreme cold weather.
