The brokers will have the best pulse on the market - I'm an investor & broker in NYC and can attest that because I'm in the trenches, I have a good sense of what the ARV is on a property. 

-- I send all my investors that want to do Section 8 to him. 

I am not a property management company, but I have six student rentals and am interested in networking with other investors in the Syracuse area and growing my home services business.

She is a savvy investor herself and can help investors find property in the Upstate of SC including Greenville and surrounding areas.

Just getting our group out there. Its Non promotional. Open to all. We meet the first Wednesday of each month. 

They accepted & I partnered with my broker owner at the time who was/is a very seasoned investor doing all kinds of fix & flips.

The service of property management (taking calls/emails of issues or calling when the rent payment is late) COULD be considered a service and COULD be considered due dilligence of an investor.

I'd love to hear from other investors who have used this method.
