Hi all,I happened up on small mobile home park for sale when researching another deal and would like to get some general impressions on the deal. 

It didn’t break the bank at the time, and it wasn’t significant enough to leave a lasting impression of having been a burden.  

I was impressed with his vision and commitment and willingness to solicit and listen to advice. 

This means that the appreciation over the next few years in these neighborhoods will way outpace even the impressive numbers of the past few yearsIts a tough market and dont over leverage but there really is significant money to be made
