I’m committed to house hacking since I can only afford a place with a primary resident loan.Has anyone employed the mid-term rental strategy while house hacking?

Hi everybody my name is Kamari.I live in Ohio and plan to buy my first house hack by the end of this year!

I have in the past hooked up cameras and paid for wifi until the house sold or rented, but setting  up and then cancelling the service was very expensive too.

NaseemaI moved from Connecticut to Columbus, Ohio in 2012 and started investing in 2017 with a house hack.Also, is the only way to invest in other states by hiring a property manager, since its not possible to be there physically?

Price nationwide just keep going higher at least following CPI number.I have mortgage from my CU that was very unique where I can re-use the same mortgage and payment even if I move to different house/sell previous one, so the rate is following me. 

Getting into the story behind this one..This deal was sourced from a large corporate wholesaler (no names) Originally listed as 179,999 as a "wholetail" deal with an "ARV" of 250,000 I walked the house and estimated it needed little in terms of repairs, though I knew a realistic ARV was between 215-230 However, there were tenants in the house without a lease agreement with the current landlord.
