TX is a great growth market. 

I approached the bank (representative) and explained all the barriers to any one buying it for that price: zoning, restrictions, vegetation growth, etc.

Do you have go to places to research job growth and revitalization efforts?

My uncle personally has a few cash flowing rentals that at the time of purchase he got at a good price before major market changes, and even through the overall loss of value in his doors they still maintain a higher growth potential just with the cities intense influx of people, organizations, sports teams ETC...Hope that's in some way helpful!

On top of that, there are lots of job opportunities and population growth.

Deploying EOS (or other business operating systems like it) can make a huge impact — especially if you’ve hit a stubborn growth plateau. 

They'll have employment growth, population trends, etc.  

I'm just tired of what seems to be lackluster growth that is probably the result of my own negligence.
