Anyway that’s my four pennies worth but please take particular notice of the last paragraph under ONSHORE/OFFSHORE that would work very well with this as for each idea that is brought to the board and passed could be put out to the investors and they could decide if they want in on that investment or not and then the profits from that are ring fenced from the other investor cells.Oh and one other thing.Josh Green Excuses are for losers, Winners don't need them!

Your realtor should be able to run a report that shows all houses that sold for cash in that town in the last 12 months. l usually cross reference the address of the properties in that report with the deeds at the county court houses so you can see who the buyers were and what their addresses are.

Just be VERY VERY careful...I've seen ALL types of con-fraud-crazyness here in Los Angeles. 2 cent - Run title with your own guy to x-cross check everything...If you already have an end-buyer... assign it with a non-refundable EMD for $4k... so you can make $2k spread... then just let the end buyer handle it all.
