Inspiring work.  

BP episode 416 and the book, Crushing It, are huge inspirations for me and I feel confident about my vision in terms of acquiring commercial real estate and financial independence.At this point in time I am looking to build a team and to expand my local network in the Bay Area.

You don't meet them to talk about capital, you enjoy doing the same things they do first.raising capital is only a by product after building a genuine relationship.

We all already know what it is.The execution though doesn't come at an amateur level without issues. 20 years without hiccups is great, I genuinely hope you don't falter for the sake of your investors.

I'm genuinely interested in how you arrived at a 6% COC since you pulled your investment out...

BUT FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE NICE PEOPLE AND GENUINELY WANT TO WORK WITH YOU (HINT HINT ), YOU NEED TO SET YOURSELVES APART FROM ALL THE CRUMMY A$$ WHOLESALERS OUT THERE.

- but most folks are looking for something else entirely, something that simply does not exist. as soon as one puts all of these fantasies aside, as soon as one looks deep inside and makes the decision to actually engineer a decent framework up front - which includes a sharp self-education in correctly perceiving reality, along with all of the practical matters that Jerryll mentioned above - then the true path begins. imo, this is a genuine awakening - believing in one's self above all others, working diligently and intelligently, accessing all of the wisdom that is already inside of you. all the best!!

They had an amazing start that is enough to inspire any young entrepreneurial and now they're a strong company.
