I've listened to many of the BP Podcasts and hung around the forums silently for a couple of weeks to try to become more familiar with all of the terminology, but now I'd like to take some action towards actually getting started on this journey.

He's the resident 1031 guru on these forums. 

I think i have heard them all a few times now :).My favorite motivation is reading the success stories section on the forums here. 

@Ephrem Bekere It's impossible to answer this question without knowing 1) your other income and deductions and 2) whether you reported your rental income (as well as other items) correctly, neither of which can be ascertained from a forum post.
