Starting out on my REI Journey in CLE/PIT

Hi everybody! My name is Griffin and I'm from Pittsburgh, but moved to Cleveland after graduating school and getting a job here last June. I've listened to many of the BP Podcasts and hung around the forums silently for a couple of weeks to try to become more familiar with all of the terminology, but now I'd like to take some action towards actually getting started on this journey. I'd love to link up with anyone who is from/familiar with the Cleveland/Pittsburgh areas.

(And for what it's worth, I'm very interested in the concept of house hacking for my first experience in Real Estate Investing, but not too sure on how to actually get the ball rolling.)
