I don’t think your plan is going to work, but maybe I don’t understand.

We need to go from the 70-80 building permits (per the planning dept) issued a month from 2019-2022 to about 15 to 20 per month outside of true owner occupied or LTRs. 

On the property, and on who you are financially and possibly experience wise.

A lot of Dave’s stuff is about investing in Real Estate and using the VA loan and military benefits and such on your way to growing your portfolio towards financial independence.

You created a financial model of what you want to happen to your money and investment, but the actual process makes no sense to me at all.
