I don't use it's payment collection option, but instead use Quickbooks Online's invoicing and automated recurring payment feature.

No receipt=no money.It is a standard feature in all roofing contracts to charge extra for bad wood.

Typically there's insufficient data of that sort, for stuff like this, an an appraiser toeing the party line might say "whelp if there aren't enough homes selling with sheds, that represents a lack of demand for the feature in this market."
