I would not charge her because you left the keys in something that is, evidently, not secure enough.

The landlord does not have to account for a security deposit in a separate account or provide evidence that it is available. 

Parking should be evident when people view the property and let them know it is shared driveway but not everyone makes the mental leap that you can't park in the shared driveway so you need to tell them.

Tenant screening exists to provide you with evidence for identifying problematic tenants, so you may legally deny them.

The purchase contract should provide that they have authority to enter into the sale and complete the transaction and that they will provide documentation to evidence the same (certificate of good standing, corporate resolutions, etc).

I would love to see your reaction to losing to the mountain of evidence of your dishonest, erratic behavior, combined with your failure to pay rent on time, pay utilities, and pay late fees.

For the PM you might consider that no work is done even emergency work without evidence they tried to contact you via a voicemail /email etc., not sure how to enforce but in todays day and age saying you couldn't reach someone until after should be few and far between.

Add in overspending (evidence by running up credit cards) and its only a matter of time before things go south.
