I decided that I want to start actively pursuing this interest in the hopes that I can soon retire from retail and in 15-20 years from now I will have enough investment properties to sustain a comfortable lifestyle that I can enjoy.

Luckily, I missed the bubble.When I am not working, I enjoy SCUBA diving with my wife, brewing beer, running, cooking, and reading.Anyhow, looking to make introductions.

If I do eventually take the plunge into this business, it will be with ideas of making it a full time endeavor after 8-10 years in the business.
