Like an arborist service I have to get once a year to keep a few trees from eating the roof alive ($300/yr I wasn't expecting on one of our duplexes). 

However, the way my street is positioned, and the amount of traffic and trees on one side prevents the snow from melting quickly.I'd like to start a limited HOA for my street, for the purposes of snow removal only.I have zero idea how to do this - I'd love any tips about starting an HOA.

My wife picks up cheap decorator items at The Christmas Tree Shop for nick-nacks.

So far I've used it for tree removal, spackle/paint work, and my dad used it for some new windows.

"   He showed me aerial photos and said the property was tree covered .    

Tree farm in Oregon I paid 1.8 million for took 2 million in timber off of and sold for 2.7 million allin 10 years time.. 

Congress Heights has tree lined streets but turn the corner and cross the street and there may be something else. 

Also I mentioned 3k for roof repairs because there was an incident on one of the homes where someone patched up a roof on one of the properties wrong and it needs to be redone. this happened because of a tree falling on the roof. the yard water and sewer the renter pays and takes care of.

One down tree and I’m out 2 months of rent if it’s a tenant can’t can’t roll up their sleeves and chops some firewood for themselves.
