He's with me now and we've house hacked in a 4 plex we own as well as a duplex we're living in now.  

As a young man I think house hacking a duplex or triplex would fit me perfect and my plans going forward.

My goal is to manage duplexes, triplexes, and quads for investors that do not live in the area.

I'm not new to RE investing but I'm surely small potatoes compared to some people here,  I have a total of 8 rental units in 3 properties;   a triplex, duplex, and 4-plex.  

I'm in the process of saving money to make a decent downpayment on a duplex or multi-family to house-hack.

Have 203k pre-approval, looking for realtor in southern Bergen / Hudson county (Hasbrouck Heights, Wood-Ridge, West Orange, Maywood, Rutherford, Nutley) to help find fixer-upper duplex for owner-occupant w/ second residence for long-term tenant.

It’s in Long Beach if anyone can help me figure out a more accurate selling price of the property.Should we split the meter, convert into official duplex and then sell it?

Would it be better to get a partner rather then a private lender for a long term investment.Say i have a duplex for 100 000 down.

It would be required to be zoned for a duplex or to allow for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

I'm currently house hacking a duplex in College Park and the siding needs to be repaired/replaced.
