I'm not in a position to do this yet as I have not developed any sort of network yet but I WILL be able to one day and I simply love this idea it sounds like there is no way to lose.

Hi Reul, congratulations on getting the property under contract, now the hard work begins :)We have 2 new constructions close to completion in Jersey City and have worked with our General Contractor - ALM Developers.

I'll share with the developers. 

Lots of condo unIts and townhome development.

It is "the yellow book" covering all the basic rental practices and even imparts the unique landlord sense of humor you will develop over time  (via the funny cartoons).

Have to get land real cheap to make the numbers work for new development.

I am not hopefull, so I will start calling subcontractors by next week in my second project.On my third project I will need a developer because my husband and I will be building a brand new home.

Perhaps you should develop a menu of services and their price.

My guess is that given it is in such a great location the owner is intending to demolish it and develop something new.  

This way if tenant falls out you can re-position and get another tenant in with finishing the build.I have had businesses before want me to do (be the bank) thing or just sell the land to them and want me to build the building for them for a developer fee.
