Definitely returns equivalent to other Turn-key company homes that I've seen.This is me kind of just rambling about this idea so feel free to just let me know what you think or if you know much about turn key companies. 

Not sure if there are other ideas out there, but I suspect something creative involving the seller overseas will not be practical.

Refinance as an owner occupantMy other options are to buy a small condo (probably only a one bed) or just wait until I have more capital acquired to get a conventional bank loan...I am so so ready to jump in & will consider any creative financing ideas...I know once I have a property it will be an income generator for me!

Since you asked, it could be a good idea to hire a lawyer on this one.

I can understand why your agent might be shying away from the idea, but it would ultimately depend on what you are looking to do.

Learn from the experience, trust your gut next time, and focus on the future rather than the past.That is a great idea!

Ex: John was really well-spoken, Susie constantly interrupted me, Steve clearly had no idea WTF he’s talking about, etc.By calling 10 accountants, you’re “pairing them up” against each other, cross-referencing their information and getting smarter (and more confident) with each call.At the end of all your calls, you’ll be mentally tired, yes, but you just learned a ton! 

I have no idea why.Finally, don't pull too much equity.

My initial plan is to create enough passive income to replace my current income (and keep growing it) so I can use my time to turn ideas into products that I can sell to the masses.
