I found a couple gems of neighborhoods that surprised my agent, and we definitely looked at a lot of random properties.

The question I have for the community relates to how much you feel is fair to compensate this couple.  

We took a look at a couple of homes in the Fresno/Clovis area some of which were better than others.  

Being new to the real estate investment industry (still looking for my first property) I was going off percentages Brandon had used in a couple of his webinars.  

Well a couple years went by and not much had changed.

Me and my wife are looking to flip a couple home in order to build capital but hope to also have rental property this year

Look through the marketplace here and you will see many. 100% agreeIn upstate NY it does NOT have to be a bad area to find what you are looking for Was just at an auction and a former bank 3 stories in perfect condition sold for 35kIt really is a gold mine but I only am there in the summer and have even better things going on in FL for my money But if that is what you are looking for take a couple days and drive between Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester.
