From what I gathered, the T-mobile contract was going to be increasing in two years, and continuing to increase in years to come.It is also DIRECTLY next door to my parents house, which is just kinda cool.

The individual units are served by electric forced air heating and cooling units.There is no Broker Co-Op for this asset.

In a small town near here there is a state college (Linn State Technical College) and they have all the buildings on their campus heated/cooled in this manner.
