While there is still a good amount of room for improvement, simple little things such as more trunk space will get more and more people to catch on over time. 

Do you have photos of the property?

mailers, website, cold call, lists. there are a ton of ways to catch the chicken. the most successful might be a website though.

I am happy to share "current" photos of the units as they exist today and "after" photos of the adjacent units we have since completed for reference.

I think it depends on the photos, the other rents in the area, and where you are marketing.

I looked at similar properties in the neighborhood, but from photos it's hard to judge. 

I watched a webinar from connected investors on micro wholesaling program...They have this software called PIN PLUS...As a beginner wholesaler this software seems to help you get deals done quicker..The catch is they want 1400.00dollars down and then 97.00 a month to use this software...Has anyone tried this software out?
