They are a huge part of the population thats right on the edge of retirement .Most would have retired already if it were not for the economy and the real estate bubble burst ..Of course the appreciation we are experiencing here and a lot of places is due in large part to the fact that houses and properties 2 years ago were at close to the bottom in value as they could get ..So , we are showing appreciation at as high as 18% in some parts of florida ..
