I would eventually like to see the possibility of just focusing on real estate as I grow older, as the custom car industry is not easy on your body by a long shot!

List your weight restriction if you must. 

If you've read those laws you would understand that anyone worth their weight in air will know its silly to go with the option that literally takes 100x longer, if not more.

Also, a great CPA/Tax Strategist is worth their weight in gold.

Some things such as not writing the date of the posting, even though the posting has the date in the body of the form is not sufficient.

I will however make another observation - capitalizing full words and bolding strings of characters doesn't make it more correct or give it more weight; from an online perspective, it makes the poster seem hysterical and a zealot.
