Please guide me to chose the Condos or Townhomes under 200K with in the suburb areas of Plymoth,Eden Prairie, Edina, Eagan. in Minnesota State.ThanksSwaroop

With 100k you can put down on two condos that are cash flowing in Miami.

Its a townhome- 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen unit. seller sais its set up as a two unit. 21944 sq.

I have two condos for sale located on the 18th hole of Ridglea Country Club at 4034 Ridglea Country Club Drive, Fort Worth, TX.The vacant units are side by side. 

I am curious to hear what others have done in this situation is it better to remove the plaster and do sheetrock but that will take away from the history of it.4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4 fireplaces, 4 kitchenettes, all hardwood floors 2 story.  2 units upstairs, 2 unit downstairs. 

Anyone know the legal bedroom limit for student rentals near university of Windsor?

I have built a pretty decent sized rental portfolio of 6 condos, two 3-units, a 2-flat, a 5 unit a 6 unit and an owner occupied 4-flat all in chicago.

I am an out-of-state investor and I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Jackson, MS that will soon be on the rental market.I’m looking for a Local Leasing Professional who's very familiar with the Jackson Rental market, who can show the house, answer any questions regarding the house and neighborhood, and move the tenant into the home.Could you recommend any contacts/referrals that could provide this service for me? 

You can find condos in good neighborhoods for a decent price.

While you did not mention how many bedrooms or baths each unit is, so I cannot properly speak to the approximate rent, I am confident that it would not be near as high as 3500 a month.
