My day job is with Weyerhaeuser Company, I've been to North Carolina on business, beautiful area.  

I recently got in contract on a wholesale deal with a partner for a beautiful Victorian duplex in West Oakland, that I plan on buying 50/50 with another BP investor, where I am borrowing the majority of the capital at a tiered rate for the low-LTV and high-LTV portion.

They should pass a background check and make 3X the monthly rent.

I need to run a credit and criminal background check. 

IF it doesn't have their name highlighted in a blue background (like yours is above) it didn't work properly and you should try again.

I have read tons of posts and blogs bout wholesaling and i'm trying to gain as much knowledge as i can before I secure my first deal but I also don't want to be in the same position i am now a month or two later.But since I'm a newbie one of my major concerns is the ARV and how i can be as accurate as possible without having a background in rehabbing.
