Real estate investment centric clients are not traditionally courted by advisors unless they have assets to manage outside of direct real estate ownership or insurance needs.  

Make sure you see if they are getting the leads directly through their own marketing or through daisy chain..

No board, no MLS, no license, typically no buyer agency, no title insurance, no mortgages, buyers go unrepresented directly to the listing agent.
