Many, many phone calls, meetings and inquiries later I went through the process without a hitch with a loan officer at a Wells Fargo branch that is 6 hours from where I live.

Bank of America, Chase, etc. all have it.The candidates can snap it from their phones and text it to me.The pay stubs are sent to me via email, etc.In a lot of cases, I wouldn't need to even pull a credit report because I tell them that they MUST log on to the website where they got it originally and prove to me what was sent to me was not altered.Since I have been doing this for about several years, not one candidate has altered their credit report.

My wife still just uses the Redfin app on her phone and looks at it more frequently than I do so a lot of times she shares listings with me through Redfin before I see them on the MLS lol.

@Mark Brogan,Yes - Few words in large letters that can be read across a highway, large phone number.Try for a "vanity" number, something easily remembered.
