Make sure to align yourself with a loan officer and lender that knows what they are doing with the new TRID changes.

The reason I love partnerships is because everyone's goals are aligned: we all want to sell/rent a property for the most money and find ways to reduce expenses where possible, and I want to partner with people that I lack expertise in.You hear all the horror stories of terrible contractors that runs off with the money, does terrible work because they don't care, etc.

I'm doing the best I can to change my mindset, my habits, my learning patterns, life patterns; you name it I'm changing it to align with WEALTH.I currently work a menial job as a server to pay the bills and put a roof over my head, but my focus is a lifelong goal of success and having my money work for me.

SO I am assuming they are not involved and now that they are wanting to sell, the price they want and the actual value of the property is not likely to align.

Aligning your LLC's as subsidiaries of a parent company will allow for that.
