It may simply come down to cash for keys without a court case or you may need to start the court case to get to the cash for keeys - to keep the pressure on them to go.I have done several of these here in MA and they have gone different ways.

That will take the deadline pressure off and give you time to work through issues.Again, nothing against you.

Went back and forth from intention to Air BnB it to a straight rental.

We are forecasting that number to drop solely reliant on an army and air force installation receiving more active and civilian personnel but still weighing our options in possibly investing out of state.

It will probably not significantly increase in value, but the rent should hold pretty steady.My goal is to increase my 'passive' income so that I can cut myself some slack, and reduce the pressure on me, to be earning X amount at my day job. 

We don't know them very well at all and have only had a few conversations.We were planning on asking for a time to change the air filter and a good time to talk with them would be.Any tips on how to have this discussion?  

This is our new primary residence but we just built out a 1,055 square foot basement apartment (about $35K) which will be our mountain lake Air BnB!

In fact, one tenant downstairs, who's an undercover narc, had his apartment broken into by someone climbing through the opening in the wall for installing air conditioners.

So if I invest there now and prices go up a little, more houses/appartment complexes might get built which will put pressure on prices and potentially rents as well.So my investment would probably not appreciate in value and even the cash flow might be in danger.Does my reasoning make sense or am I making wrong assumptions?
