top agents in most higher priced markets make well over 1 million a year and of course some of the rock stars in say Manhatton or Beverly hills type areas probably can do 5 times that in commission income.. but I know they will spend a lot on marketing  bill boards  big catered open houses etc etc. 

The house is on the east side of the hill above Wallace Road and does not get a huge amount of daytime sun, especially with all of the tree growth around the house.

Hello all, Just bought a condo last year as a personal residence in Chino Hills, CA.  

I wanted to share the results of our latest flip in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix.  

We have an accepted offer on a house out by Shadow Hills golf course.  

And I found schools are generally not so good, even in expensive areas like Squirrel Hills East Liberty etc.

Hi @Elex Price,I don't want to discount his agent or the area because I am not local and there could be some real solid reasons that area is going to explode (Huge employer coming to town that pays well), Vacation destination incoming, "gold found in them thar hills" etc.But as a general stance I agree with your worst house in a good neighborhood.

@Dennis Hill First question: What is the 1/2 acre of land with the existing structure zoned today?  

And sometimes the FEDERAL regs may be silent on a topic, but your STATE may have plenty to say about it.
