Search "due on sale" it is a real risk, search "rent credits", "SAFE Act" and "Dodd-Frank" with respect to financing agreements, as the owner occupant you need to see a mortgage originator for a private financing agreement. :)

If offered the option of working somewhere that makes a difference or challenges you for decent pay or working a boring job for higher pay, most of the millennials I know will choose the challenging job hands down, and I respect them for that.
