I like most of them by the way.I take it your buying something out in Yakima or walla Walla I love the wine that comes from that region.Money is made when wineries are sold... and when if your lucky your brand gets nationally renouned and some other player with lots of money comes in and buys you.My business partner for years   was president of Beringers and took it public and sold it to Fosters..

For the startup costs of a single-member RE holding LLC that were incurred before the corporation existed, but used to start the company, can those costs be put on the books as "unreimbursed business expenses" and then reimbursed once the company is operational?

Professionally I have 19 years in Retail with over 8 year Store Operations Management experience and 11 years in corporate buying.I am handy with rehabbing basics (my 2 condos) and professionally with corporate purchasing, project management andoptimizing operational flow.Currently I own 2 condos and looking to add additional in or out of state cash flowing SFH and/or multifamily properties to our portfolio.My primary strategy is buy and hold but I not opposed to flipping, wholesaling and would like to try tax liens.
