Gabe Peterson - Introduction
Hello, my name is Gabe Peterson and am completing my second degree at Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio. I have been interested in buy and hold real-estate for a long time. I have read several books in the last year in anticipation for my first purchase. I plan to make my first purchase in May of 2015. Between completing school and living in Wisconsin as a Research and Development coop for the better part of 2014 the time just doesn't seem right till May. My strategy for entry into real-estate is to invest in Fannie Mae Homepath REO properties in Cleveland instead of Columbus. The REO market for Cleveland seems much less competitive than Columbus and I would really like to return there. I look forward to interacting with several of you and thank you in advance for all advice and input. See you on the forum.
