One of the major factors in why people can't find a peer group or a mentor or others to learn from is because they ask for a lot and give nothing.

@Rick Albert is right on and gives good advice.I'm actually wholesaling a property this week, but this just happens because I am in the game doing flips, developments, and rentals. i would never try to make a business out of it.

Hello Andrew,just an example here, in this property I had moved in one unit and then rehabbed and moved into the other unit. 

Again, they are hidden from all....until you want a loan.
