@Christopher Baustert awesome hearing another investor doing well in the Southeast Michigan/Detroit area.It's easy to understand the opportunity when you live here and can see it, but I can't imagine how scary it looks from the outside in.

I was born in Ft.Lauderdale where lived until 10 and have lived in Michigan, Pennsylvania and the last 17 yes here in GA.
