I wanted to know if it would be wise to buy a reasonably priced home and do house hacking.

We are at tipping point to return to recession.).Seems to me (at least in California) like the past 10 years have been in EXPANSION but inventory remains low.  

My husband and I are dipping our toes into rental real estate by renting out the family home that we've been in for over 22 years.We own the home outright.

Hi there, I recently came across a foreclosure home which had $283K in the mortgage and is set for a foreclosure.

And in Austin, the SFH market has a ton of competition.We're ok because our home is paid for which is why we tipped our toe in this market.
