Hello, I am new to REI and wanting advice. My oldest child is attending online college from Portland and renting a room. I wanted to know if it would be wise to buy a reasonably priced home and do house hacking. What would be safe neighbourhoods, reasonably priced and investor/ rental friendly. Thank you.
