It could help a lot of other new investors, but it might also help seasoned investors communicate to those they are trying to help get started.

It seems fairly expensive but it seems like one deal a year would pay for it for 5x over.

The best thing about this communication is that we learn the good and bad about the field and it is not just a sales pitch but we are learning by other people experiences and journey.
