So any turnkey provider you find is going to be in the Midwest, some in the South, a couple in the Northeast (all of the US I mean).For anything local, you'll have to DIY.

Disclaimer: I do not even own a property yet (currently in negotiation on my first one) but I would go to Home Depot and get a jug of that DIY bug spray and go apply it around the property (about $20).

They are mostly older homes and need significant renovations if you want to compete with the other Airbnb's in the area.Other metropolitan areas are fine, since you can mostly rent a well-renovated home and just furnish it - but since the homes in JT are always in pretty bad shape, you'd need to paint, maybe replace some floors, maybe install a pool, etc.

For example, kitchen cabinets and possibly even counter tops could be considered "personal property" and, as such, could be written off completely if installed after Sept 27 2017.

I am calling and emailing the company and supervisors but I simply get told the issue has been "escalated" and the install department may call me or may just install the machine.I was ignored for 2 weeks and didn't get a response from the rep we have until I emailed and called his manager.
