You do not have to host those guests, however it might make sense to for a few months while you build your own property reputation and fill up the calendar.

At first I was sure it just meant 'no can do' but the more I read it and think about it, since you will technically be a hosted situation where you would be there to make sure the renters do not run amok in the building they may allow it.
