Has anybody invested with EquityPro?

Hi guys!

I came across this company called EquityPro that promotes potentially good investments in the Central Florida area.  I ran the numbers using the bigger pockets calculator and the numbers look good on some of their properties just never heard of the company.  I was wondering if anybody has used them before?

I have not purchased a property from them yet, but I trust my local guy.  I've also met the owner and he seems to be a very nice honest man.  He'll actually be on a podcast interview coming up on the Invest Florida Show. (I got to hear the recording live:))  It's @Eric Odum's podcast along with his funny co host Steven.

But with any deal, do your own homework as it sounds like you have already started.
