MLS, direct mail, web, auctions...?

For example, there is a smaller brokerage in my area that uses one Zillow account for all 15-20 agents, so they have 5-10x the number of "recent sales" and "reviews" that the average agent in our area has and it's infuriating that they are allowed to dominate a web presence like that.

Of course I check the local county tax assessment web site as well to confirm taxes. 

I would think we could do that on a local sub-forum.There are Web apps to indicate addresses on a map so we could see who is in our neighborhood, and work together on local issues. 

@Deren Huang  top producer do not pay what your describing.my wife and I work for our brokerage for a flat 12k a year total. and that includes all the web stuff e and O  etc etc. 

Hi, did anyone use a good web designer that can build an attractive website, search optimization and content creator.

After you have done a few deals, roll those profits into some web development, but not until you have a grasp on your market, message and direction.

One other thing not mentioned is property manager web sites.

We did not reverse wholesale, we just built our cash buyers list by postcards, craigslist ads and web traffic.
