I have seen some with a big truck park in the Wal-mart parking lot with a big we buy houses sign in the truck bed.Obviously you can't do it right as people walk in but in the parking lot a little further out.Usually nothing will be said to you but much better exposure for free.

If it's not a pre-mix from a truck then the contractors if they added too much water or not enough etc. can lead to strength and cracking problems down the road.It should not look like that on the top for sure.They couldn't do a coating on top where it makes it look better like this.Not a concrete expert so just throwing stuff out there.http://www.concretecoatingsinc.com/

btw, i don't have to go through the BS eviction process SFH landlords have to go through. i just throw thier sh@t out. it's a civil matter of which 99% of them can't afford to deal with. it would be awesome if there were a company here in jax that would manage it all though..There are exceptions to the rental regulations when you are sharing a home.For the other two houses you need to follow the normal rules and regulations for your area.Are you saying you follow the regulations or that you use an alternative method?
