Better to call an Independent Agent that has access to multiple carriers.

While it is not that common in today's hot market they can be listed on the multiple list.

I have multiple contracts that are relatively the same.

As an agent that specializes in working with investors, I personally have multiple agents that know my investment criteria that will bring me deals first because of my established relationship with them.

My sort of vision, or goal, would be to own multiple rental properties so I can inherit passive income from them.

We range from brand new  never done a deal, owning multi unit buildings, multiple buy and holds, and multiple fix and flips per year.

They have multiple crews so your project won't be sitting around while you wait for another project to be finished.

What are your reasons for multiple partners?

We do this all day so it is clear to us, but I have multiple people ask this exact questions. 

I would like to sell it and purchase multiple properties in a better cash flowing market.
