I'm tired of my old profession, and feel a necessity to pursue real estate investing.

To my understanding, #1 the owners are older and retiring, #2 they have already moved several hours away, but apparently are still managing the property themselves, which (if accurate) must be annoying/tiring.

Some of you might not like the criteria or you just get "tired head" when you see another mail out to absentee owners post.

Do you find it common in your market when it comes to destabilized apartment buildings with tired land lords? 

I saw a reference to Podio just last night but was too tired to fully check it out but realized I need to see this as well as some comparable products and services to make the best decision for me and my business.

The south (TX) is being flooded and people will get tired of it.    

Some of my peers, successful ones included mind you, spend no more than a stock email with a paperwork checklist, and wont talk longer than five minutes until they have all that paperwork in-hand.There's only so many hours in the day, and ten million tire kickers out there.

That's part of the reason why I want to start to create multiple streams of income for the family....I'm tired of never having any extra.  

To know if you have a real buyer or tire kicker ask for a bank statement in their name they have the funds to buy.
