Hello, I just finished a three day workshop with my business partner. I'm tired of my old profession, and feel a necessity to pursue real estate investing. This is scary as hell. It's going to require hard work, dedication. This is not a get rich quick scheme by any means. Question is where do I do research, where do I get a " pulse" on a specific market. I have so much to learn.
