I think the city of PIttsburgh is a good place to invest as the cost of entry is still pretty low (although its rising) and there are steady industries - as Gary mentioned, both medical and tech. 

Hopefully your rents will rise over the next few years and you'll like your numbers better.As most investors will tell you, the best time to buy is yesterday.
