Ahaha funny, i got my second contact today, this lady from GA called me with the sweetest accent and asked me to make her an offer on the spot after 20 second of talking, making fun of me because i sent an handwritten letter, she said "don`t you have a computer son?"

This is a point I continuously stress to my Canadian investors.

Investing in real estate takes long hours and dedication, it is highly stressful at times and requires considerable knowledge.

Does it matter if t is a public, private, or magnet school?

Make sure the numbers work, that you are getting positive cash flow, ask for the T-12 and have your CPA go over it, know your expenses, decide if you are going to manage or if you are going to hire a management company.

Once done with that course you can be licensed and if you don;t want to then don't join the board.
